Defendant denies allclaims and that they violated any law, but has agreed to thesettlement to avoid the uncertainties and expenses associated withcontinuing the case.

If you areentitled to relief, you may submit a claim to receive a share ofthe Settlement Fund. Your share will depend on, among other things,(1) the total dollar amount of in-game purchases you made whileplaying Huuuge Casino, Billionaire Casino, Stars Slots, and/orother Huuuge Social Casino Games, with those who spent more moneyreceiving a higher percentage back, (2) whether or not your claimsare potentially subject to the Governing Law and BindingArbitration Provision in Huuuge's Terms of Use, and (3) how manySettlement Class Members submit claims. How do I get a payment?
You must submit a timely andproperly completed Claim Form no later than January 4, 2021. You may request a claim form orsubmit one online at www.HGSettlement.com.
What are my other options?
You may choose to excludeyourself from the Settlement Class by sending a letter to thesettlement administrator no later than January 4, 2021. If you exclude yourself, youwill not receive a settlement payment, but you keep any rights youmay have to sue Defendant over the legal claims raised in thelawsuit. You and/or your lawyer also have the right to object tothe proposed settlement. Your written objection must be filed nolater than January 4, 2021. Specificinstructions about how to object to, or exclude yourself from, theSettlement are available at www.HGSettlement.com. If you file aclaim or do nothing, and the Court approves the Settlement, youwill be bound by all of the Court's orders and judgments in thiscase. In addition, your claims relating to the allegations in thiscase against Defendant and any other Released Parties will bereleased.
Who represents me?
The Court has appointed lawyersfrom Edelson PC to represent the Settlement Class. These attorneysare called 'Class Counsel.' You will not be charged for theselawyers. If you want to be represented by your own lawyer in thiscase, you may hire one at your expense. Plaintiff Sean Wilson is a Settlement Class Member and theCourt appointed him as one of the 'Class Representatives.' You canbe represented by your own lawyer at your expense.
When will the court consider the proposedsettlement?
The Court will hold the Final Approval Hearingat 1:30 p.m. on February 11, 2021 in Courtroom 15106,United States Courthouse 700Stewart St, Seattle, WA 98101. Atthat hearing, the Court will: hear any objections to the fairnessof the settlement; determine the fairness of the settlement;consider Class Counsel's request for attorneys' fees and costs; anddecide whether to approve incentive awards to the ClassRepresentatives of up to $10,000 eachfrom the Settlement Fund. Class Counsel will be paid from theSettlement Fund in an amount to be determined and awarded by theCourt. Class Counsel will seek no more than 30% of the SettlementFund; the Court may award less than these amounts.
